1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroAPI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

AstroAPI provides a REST API for astrological calculations, chart generation, and interpretation content. The service is provided by Bloom NV, registered in Belgium.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our API. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• All activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. API Usage

You agree to:

• Use the API in accordance with our documentation
• Not exceed your subscription rate limits
• Not resell or redistribute API access
• Not use the service for illegal purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Interpretation texts and chart designs are copyrighted. You may use them in your applications under your subscription terms but may not resell them separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

AstroAPI provides calculations for entertainment purposes only. We are not liable for decisions made based on astrological information. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
